Methods Of Processing

The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. Company legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

• The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights;
• For payment processing purposes; or

Transfer Of Data

Disclosure Of Data

Business Transaction

If Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, consolidation or asset sale, or is (or parts of Company is) otherwise transferred by operation of law or otherwise, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

2.) Advertising

We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service.

4.) Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).  We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.  These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by posting a new Privacy Policy on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom.  If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using this Site and can request that the Data Controller remove the Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all Personal Data the Data Controller has about Users.
